All prints and specialty products are sold separately during a scheduled private ordering session in our studio in Longview, TX with a minimum ordering requirement of $500.

PHOTO SHOOT
Since everything has been arranged ahead of time for your portrait session, it will typically last less than one hour. Sam has all the tools and knowledge to help your family feel natural and relaxed during your portrait session. He will ensure that you have plenty of options to choose from for your final portrait.

PLANNING CONFERENCE
During this complimentary appointment, we will show you samples of our work, discuss your likes and dislikes, talk about clothing selections, and discuss locations. For the client who wants a portrait session at their home, or a place special to their family, Sam will visit the location to determine posing and the right time of day for you to be photographed.

Step
VIEWING SESSION
One week after your session, you'll come back to your studio to view your final collection of images. We believe the experience of viewing your images in the best way possible is critical to making the right decision. We will project your images, which will allow you to see all of the details of your portraits. With the help of our professional team, you will narrow these down to your favorites and make your ordering decisions. There is a minimum ordering requirement of $500, and payment is due at this appointment

RESERVE DATE
Let's choose a date for your session! If booking a session with young children, please keep nap times and meal times in mind so we can maximize our "happy times". Once we find the perfect time to take your photos, we will collect your session fee to reserve your time on our calendar.

ORDER PICKUP
All products are custom made and take 3-4 weeks for production. Once your order is ready, we will notify you to schedule a pickup at the studio at your convenience. We can deliver and install your wall portraits ensuring that they are hung properly and that you are completely satisfied. From start to finish, Sam Smead Photocreative will be working with you to ensure that you receive the portrait you have always envisioned hanging in your home.
